Order information

We use your contact information, requested products, and delivery instructions to prepare your order and coordinate service. Saved orders are available only to authorized administrators. Do not enter card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in order notes.

Payments and delivery

When enabled, card details are entered on Square’s hosted checkout, not stored on this website. Delivery dates are requests until confirmed. Stacking requires a separate confirmed quote. Contact us before paying if you are unsure of coverage, access, wood selection, or fees.

Service providers

The website uses Sites hosting and database storage. When connected, Square processes payments and an email provider delivers order notifications. An administrator may submit the delivery address to the U.S. Census geocoder to locate it for planning. Map backgrounds are supplied by OpenStreetMap. An optional company AI assistant receives operational summaries; direct customer contact details and street addresses are excluded from its automatic summary.

Final shipping, returns, tax, retention, and refund policies must be approved before this test store accepts live orders.
