Order information

We use your contact information, requested products, and delivery instructions to prepare your order and coordinate service. Order records are available to the owner and authorized dispatch staff. Assigned drivers see the customer details needed for their delivery; other crew members see only limited available-run information. Do not enter card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in order notes.

Payments and delivery

When enabled, card details are entered on Square’s hosted checkout, not stored on this website. Delivery dates are requests until confirmed. Stacking requires a separate confirmed quote. Contact us before paying if you are unsure of coverage, access, wood selection, or fees.

Service providers

The website uses Sites hosting and database storage. When connected, Square processes payments and an email provider delivers order notifications. An administrator may submit the delivery address to the U.S. Census geocoder to locate it for planning. Map backgrounds are supplied by OpenStreetMap. An optional company AI assistant receives operational summaries; direct customer contact details and street addresses are excluded from its automatic summary.

Applications and employee portal

Sign-in uses your ChatGPT account. The owner reviews applications and approves employee access. We store basic contact details, relevant experience, availability, job and employment status, onboarding check statuses, team messages, and document-version acknowledgments. Private messages are shown to their participants; messages to the owner mailbox are accessible to authorized owners. Do not upload or enter tax IDs, banking details, identity documents or medical records here. Those belong in your designated payroll/HR system. Employee changes create owner-only bookkeeping summaries. Emailing a summary requires owner review and a connected email service. Dispatch notices are automated from approved actions, not independent AI employment or scheduling decisions. Contact the owner for access, correction, application withdrawal and retention questions. Retention and formal employment policies require owner approval.
